How much does a large home cost and what do I get?

Large homes are considered to be more than 2,000 square feet and the cost for photos is $125. I generally deliver photos inside a 24 hour window, and if I am taking photographs in the morning I generally return photos the same day.

• MLS ready images — no need adjust or resize.

• Digitally delivered to the agent/client via dropbox link. Photos should be downloaded to a local computer as soon as possible as the link will stay live for roughly 1 week. If you happen to lose the link just let me know and I’m happy to resend it.

• Depending on how many rooms and staging, most homes will produce 35 photos, but larger homes may produce 50 or more images.

• Some homes demand that great shot at dusk with all the lights on! This is included with the price if the agent/owner feels the home is suitable.

What is the Matterport camera and how much does it cost?

The Matterport 3D camera is an amazing piece of equipment that allows for customizable tours that not only helps real estate agents market themselves while competing in a very competitive market. If you go to the Matterport Homes Showcase and click the house you can see what a tour looks and feels like. I include the regular still photos and the cost is $175.

Do you do photos for commercial real estate?

Yes! Depending on the size of the building most commercial space is $175 and include the same digital photos as listed above.
